Who Can Make a Referral?
Referrals CANNOT be taken directly from:
- Parents
- Counselors
- Attorneys
Referrals CAN be taken from:
- Child Protective Services
- Law Enforcement Agencies
- Prosecutors
- The Court
- In some cases, health care providers may refer a child after consulting with CARES medical staff.
